She is a highly qualified micro finance and product development professional with a proven and successful track record of over 20 years in challenging technical and leadership roles in the banking and micro finance industries. She is a proficient trainer and consultant focusing on the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.
Her purpose in life is to grow people through transformation of attitude; grow businesses through creation of functional business systems; and grow sustainable wealth that transcends generations.
She is a certified trainer in Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) program by ILO, IFC-LPI-TPMA certified trainer, and IFC-LPI certified Assessor and an IFC master trainer.
Esther holds an MBA in Finance from Maseno University and is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, majoring in Marketing, from the University of Nairobi. Esther specializes in training on financial management, Business strategy and leadership.

Edward Agufana Wesonga
Edward is a highly experienced Sales and Marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience in various Industries. He is well versed at initiating new markets and partnerships while cultivating and managing new and existing client relationships with the aim of maximizing profits at minimal cost.
He has a wealth of experience in product development and customer service management gained from the telecom, IT and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industries. He has dealt with corporate and retail customers and is very proficient in closing sales and relationship management.
He has international business experienced gained from working in Rwanda and Burundi.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business administration from Catholic University of East Africa. Edward specializes sales management and customer service management training.
